Our payment schedule to you for your music is as follows:

Cantata books/Collections/Musicals	$ 1.50 /book published before 1999, $2.00 if 2000-2005

Accompaniment Cassettes and CD's	$ 25.00

Orchestrations, Cantatas/Musicals (full)	$ 100.00

Instrument Parts	$ 8.00
Listening & rehearsal Cassettes and CD's	$ 3.00
Other items subject to condition, size, ect.

Please note: Xerox copies are not accepted or sold. No payment will be made for these. Also, no "copies" of accompaniment or listening cassettes, or any medium, can be shipped, only originals.

We do not stock your music "in house": When any part or all of your title sells, you will be emailed with the buyer's shipping address and order details, and expected to ship the music to the buyer within 3 days.

Please understand that if your music sells, you have an obligation to get it sent and communicate shipping intentions via email in a timely fashion.

Payment for your music will be mailed to you from Usedchoirmusic.com after you have communicated that it has been shipped.

List only used music that is in very good/excellent condition. Remember: no one wants to pay for used music if it is falling apart, and payment will not be made for this!

Shipping of the music and associated costs are included in the prices above, therefore, music shipped by media mail with the US post office is the most economical way for you to ship the order. If a buyer requests expedited shipping, the extra payment by the buyer will be forwarded on to you to cover your cost for this.
